Forgot your Ministry Grid password? You can quickly reset it by the following steps or by going directly to If you need to reset your Lifeway Account password, just visit https://account.lifeway.com/forgotpassword.

1. Go to ministrygrid.lifeway.com and click Log In.

2. Under the Login tab, click I forgot my password.

3. Enter your email address on the next screen and a link to reset it will be sent.

NOTE: Ministry Grid uses the Lifeway Account/ID system for the authentication of all of our users. This means that if you've ever logged into a Lifeway application before, you will use that same login and password to access Ministry Grid.

This also means that you only need one email and password combination to serve as your identity across all Lifeway apps.
