All of your subscription & billing information is housed at my.lifeway.com. Visit this central hub to manage your subscription. Read below for how to update a payment method AND reactivate any suspended subscriptions (due to billing issues).
1. Click my.lifeway.com or access it from your Ministry Grid Organizational Dashboard, click Purchases and Subscriptions, and then Resubscribe, which will redirect you to your my.lifeway account.

2. Once in your My Lifeway account, select Subscriptions.

3. Find the subscription you'd like to update and select Manage followed by Edit Payment and View Cards.
4. Here you can edit or add a new credit card as you desire.
