How do I update or change my email address or my name for my Ministry Grid account?

To update/change the email address or update/change the name associated with your Ministry Grid account follow these steps:

  1. To update/change email

    • Go to my.lifeway.com

    • Log in using your current email and password.

    • On the left under MY SETTINGS click Profile

    • Under email you can edit your email to a new email as long as it has not already been registered.

      To update/change name

    • Go to my.lifeway.com

    • Log in using your current email and password.

    • On the left under MY SETTINGS click Profile

    • Under Personal Information you can edit your name.

  2. Log In to Ministry Grid:

    • Use the updated or newly created email to log in and complete the process.

If you need to update the Organization Name for your MinistryGrid Account or If you need to change the administrator for a Ministry Grid account, contact Lifeway support for assistance. Their support team can guide you through the process of transferring administrative rights. Note: Reach out to Lifeway’s support line (customer support number or process may change) to receive the most up-to-date instructions.

Ministry Grid uses your Lifeway ID as your account credentials, and your Lifeway ID is the central hub for all things related to Lifeway digital products and other Lifeway resources. Only individual users can change information on their profile. Admins are not allowed to change user data for people in their organization.

Users without administrative privileges may encounter restrictions around account updates. Specifically:

  • Identifying Current Administrators: Only users with administrative access can identify the organization’s administrators. Lifeway support agents cannot share admin details due to privacy and security policies.
