Accessing Training Courses
To access a training course, follow these steps:
Log In or Register: Use your Ministry Grid account credentials to log in. If you don’t have an account, register using your organization’s email address. If you haven’t used Ministry Grid for a while, reset your password to regain access.
Start the Training Pathway: Once logged in, click the green box labeled 'Log In To Start.' You will either see a green box that says 'Start Pathway' or be redirected to the first course in the pathway. The HR Training pathway includes courses such as Bullying & Harassment Prevention Training, Abuse Prevention Training, and Power Differential.
Troubleshooting Access Issues
If you encounter issues accessing a course:
Ensure the Course is Assigned: Contact your organization to confirm that the training course has been assigned to you.
Verify Your Account: Make sure your account is active and associated with the correct email address.
Navigating the Dashboard
If you are redirected to a completed course instead of the newly purchased course, the new course should appear in your dashboard. Navigate to your dashboard by clicking the appropriate option in the upper left corner of the page. From there, you can access the new course.
