If you've made the choice to change or switch an active subscription you can do that inside Ministry Grid.
Options include:
change curriculum brand
age group (ex. upgrade from Kids to Kids and Preschool)
basic and plus
change billing (monthly or annual)
transitioning from a Preschool-only plan to a Kids bundle requires canceling the existing subscription first and then re-subscribing.
From the Purchases and Subscriptions page,
Eligible subscriptions will have an option to "switch subscription." However, some transitions, such as moving from a Preschool-only plan to a Kids bundle, require canceling the current subscription and re-subscribing.
Make your selections along the way and confirm all choices at the end. Then you'll get a confirmation email of your changes.
Your selected change will take effect on your next renewal date and use the payment method on file. For cancellations, access to the curriculum will continue until the end of the current billing cycle.
You will also see a record of the change on the purchases and subscriptions page.
Important: To ensure your leader access is as seamless as possible you will need to make sure all people are in the right collection for the new curriculum before your next renewal date.
