General Process for Changing Subscriptions
Cancel the Current Subscription: Before making any plan changes, you need to cancel your existing subscription. This means the subscription will not auto-renew at the end of the current billing period.
Wait for Subscription Expiry: Once the current subscription expires, you can purchase the new plan that aligns with your preferences.
Select the New Plan: Log in to your account, navigate to the plans section, and subscribe to the desired package.
Most subscription modifications follow this process. Below are specific examples for common scenarios:
Switching Plans or Bundles
Example: Transitioning from Preschool + Kids to Kids Only
If you are currently subscribed to the Preschool + Kids (200+) plan but wish to switch to a Kids-only plan:
Cancel your Preschool + Kids subscription.
After the subscription period ends, purchase and set up the Kids-only subscription that suits your ministry needs.
Example: Changing Subscription to Include Midweek Lessons
To switch to the Kids & Preschool Plus plan with Midweek lessons:
Cancel your existing subscription.
After it expires, subscribe to the Plus package.
Upgrading or Adjusting Ministry Size Tiers
If your subscription tier does not align with your ministry's size:
Set your current subscription to not renew automatically, if necessary.
