This article will share with you how to take advantage of the Advance Planning feature within our curriculum brands for both our Preschool and Kids age groups. This feature is designed to give you all the resources for those ages for the entire upcoming quarter of curriculum two months ahead of its start date.

Below are instructions on how to use this Advance Planning feature:

1) When logged into Ministry Grid, click the Curriculum button in the menu bar. (Note: If you don't see this button, you currently do not have administrative access and will need to talk to your church admin for access.)

2) Select the age group you'd like to reset.

3) Click the Advanced Planning tab.

4) Here you are able to access and download any of the resources you'd like for this upcoming quarter of curriculum.
