Within Ministry Grid, each course has the Discussion feature automatically turned on to allow your people to have discussion around a specific step in a course.

If you would like to turn the Discussion feature off, you can do so in the Course Settings for a Customized Course.

Here is how to turn the Discussion feature On or Off:

  1. Make sure the course you are wanting to turn the Discussion feature off for is either your own content or you have customized a Ministry Grid course. In order to turn the Discussion feature off, it must be within your customized training.
  2. Then go to Build Training and Select the Course you would like to edit.
  3. Select Course Settings.
  4. Under Course Preferences, you can choose "Yes" or "No" if you would like to show the discussion tab when trainees are taking this course.
