A new feature to Ministry Grid allows admins to email all group members at one time. This feature is designed to provide an option for admins to send out announcements or reminders to the group for various purposes and reasons.
To use this feature, first select the group you want to email (People>Groups).
Then choose, Email Group on the right-hand side.
Adjust the subject line accordingly and then enter your personal message to the group. Once you review your message, use the "Send Email" button at the bottom of the screen. Email Sent! Note: Users are not able to respond to your emails. This is a feature to send one-way communication/announcements regarding training or anything relevant to Ministry Grid.
