If your organization wants to prevent those being trained from searching for training on their own, toggling this preference to “off” will remove the search button from the main menu bar on both desktop and mobile views.

Administrators can still access Search from the Organization menu and will have access to all Ministry Grid content when building training or creating invitations.

Here's how to toggle on/off the Search feature in the menu:

  • An Administrator will need to go to the Organization menu.
  • Select "Organization Settings" in the Organization Dashboard
  • Toggle the "Show Search in Menu" to On or Off

Just a reminder, this turns off Search for everyone in the Organization. Only Admins will be able to navigate to the Search page.
