Navigate to “Build Training” from the Organizational Dashboard, and when you add a new step to a course, you can make it a “Download” step.
You'll select from a pre-existing Course you've already started (from the list that appears), or you can use the Green (+) on the right-hand side to add a new Course from scratch.
Once you select the course (either new or existing) you'll enter the Course Builder. Select Add Step from the Course Builder and choose the Download step from the options available.
At that point, you can choose from a file already uploaded in your organization, or you can upload a brand new file to be the file that gets downloaded when someone completes the step.
Ministry Grid accepts PDF, DOC, DOCX, XLS, XLSX, JPG, PNG, GIF, PPT, PPTX, KEY, PAGES, NUMBERS, EPUB files.
