With all Ministry Grid video training, you have the option to toggle the video to "Audio Only". This will give you the opportunity to engage with the content of the video, but take less bandwidth on your network as you are training! Just use the settings gear in the right-hand corner of the video player to toggle between Video & Audio Only.
