You are able to cancel your monthly digital curriculum subscription at any time on Ministry Grid. Go to your organizational dashboard, select Purchases and Subscriptions. Find the subscription you'd like to cancel and select Cancel Subscription then follow the prompts. You will retain access through the end of your billing cycle, at which time the content will become locked and unavailable for anyone to access.
What happens after cancellation?
Canceling your subscription will stop auto-renewal. You will retain access to the content already paid for until the end of the current billing period. After this period, the content will become locked and unavailable for access.
Refund Policy
Refunds are not available for digital subscriptions. If you cancel your subscription before the end of the billing period, you will not receive a refund. However, you will retain access to the content already paid for until the subscription period ends.
