Navigate to Build Training from your Organizational Dashboard, and select the course where you want to include a download.

You'll select from a pre-existing course you've already started (from the list that appears), or you can use the Create button to add a new course from scratch.

Once you select the course (either new or existing) you'll enter the Course Builder. Select Add Step from the Course Builder and choose the Assessment step from the options available.

From there you can select a previously created assessment or you can select Create to start a new one.

Once you’ve named your Assessment, you can start adding questions - either multiple choice or short answer questions and also re-ordering those questions as you'd like.

After you’ve added all your questions (and ensured they are in the correct order with all correct spellings), choose Publish to make it available to be added to task lists.

Note: Publishing an assessment locks it down, so be sure you have made sure it includes everything you want it to say. Only limited edits may be made after it is published. However, you can always make a copy of it and edit it to your heart’s content. The copy of the assessment will not be automatically added to any task list, and will not replace any assignments of the old one that was made.
