If you can access the church management settings page in Ministry Grid, you may see a prompt to "sync" a Ministry Grid church with a Lifeway church account. This is a quick way to ensure that your church profile is related across sites. If you don't see this, it means someone from your church has already synced accounts. No action is needed from you.
If you are not yet linked to a Lifeway church account, you will need to either ask an admin to add you or create a new church account online with just a bit of church information.
What you'll see:
Your Ministry Grid church name will be updated to match your Lifeway account name (if they were different).
You can update your church account name from your organization profile in on my.lifeway.com and see changes reflected in Ministry Grid.
