Do I have to cancel existing subscriptions after a create an account?
Nope! As long as you own them, you can transfer existing subscriptions from the subscriptions page in your account portal. Don't own them? Just add the right person as a purchaser and they can transfer it to be owned by the church. During the transfer you can specify the right contact for email reminders.
What will I get with a church account?
You will be issued a 10-digit account number that can be used as the church identifier in your shopping and customer service interactions. Once your 10-digit account number has been assigned, you can can begin using it in checkout. You can also upload your tax exemption online and add people.
An email containing the account number (for your church records) will be sent to the person who created the account.
